The Mind Gym is aimed at women all ages who wish to get back into fitness and learn to encorporate healthier habits into their daily routine’s.
Many women say they wish to get fitter and healthier but lack the motivation and commitment.
They often tell me that their bodies want to move but their minds need a little bit more convincing!
The Mind Gym has been created on the theory that if we want to get in to healthier routine’s, we have to train our brains aswell as our bodies.
This fitness classes does just that.
Along side her Hypnotherapy & NLP Practitioner, Jacquelyn is also a qualified Fitness & Nutrition Coach and over the years she has taught Zumba Classes and Circuit Training.
During this 60 minute Mind Gym class, she will instruct you through a 35 minute workout (comprised of followed by a powerful & inspirational guided visualisation which will help to completely change your habits and motivation!
Each week she will focus on a different topic, from Mindset & Habits through to Nutrition.
We will also have on going support via a WhatsApp group.
The classes are booked in 6 week sessions which are paid in advance.
